Outlook Express backup program

Hi All,
I'm looking for a tool that does smart backup/archives for Outlook Express
(based on dates, folders, etc.), not just the basic "copy dbx file" wizards
out there.

I couldn't find such freeware yet.
Do you know of anything like this? if not - do you know a freeware mail
client that includes such capabilities?

As is usually the case, Fred Langa has loads of good stuff on the subject

Use the search Langa site functions for "outlook express backup" and you'll
get pages of mini articles and how
tos; including, the use of free alternatives to oe which will preserve
