Outlook Express Attachments

I received OE-6 with my new computer. Whenever I receive
an e-mail with an attachment, I cannot open the
attachment. I get a message that OE has blocked
the "Unsafe" attachment.

I am getting these attachments from people who have
always sent them to me without a problem.

How do I turn this feature off? HELP!!!!!

Tools Options Security then uncheck "Do not allow attachments ........"

I am having a similar problem with OE6 (cant send
an "unsafe attatchment"), so I tried this fix but there
was no Security option under Tools,Options.
