outlook express and receiving e-mails

From time to time, friends who regularly send me e-mails inform me that their transmissions are returned as "undeliverable". I have tried e-mailing them (which they receive) and they then try to reply without success. My security level is set at medium-low. Any suggestions?

This sort of thing has to do with the email-server recieveing your
emails. Unless you are running a mailserver yourself you need to contact
your service-provider about this problem.
Theoretically there might be a feature in OE that pretends to do a
bounce (such as some spam-fighting tools do), but I doubt it. I would
bet on this being a server problem.
