Outlook express and other questions help??

New user to XP home, I have some questions I hope someone
will help me with.
1. Sometimes when I try to bring up oulook express I
will get the hourglass then a little sound and nothing
will come up. It is getting quite frustrating.
2. How do you turn off the pop up boxes that tells you
you can do this or do that, and you have done it once or
twice and you don't want the offers anymore?
3. Is there any websites with xp home user tips? Thank
you.
 
Thanks, but my problem goes away if I log off or reboot,
so the key does work. Unless you say no, that is a
characteristic of corrupted identity key, I will wait for
another possible answer.
