MS Outlook Express isn't a web client. Unless Orange web mail has HTTPMail
capability, the only way to use MSOE is with SMTP (for sending) and either
POP3, or IMAP (for receiving). Orange should have the relevant details.

Hi Nass thank you.
this is the error message for sending outgoing messages: socket error 11004
error number: Ox 800 CCC0D
I had another one: Socket error 10060 O x 800CCC0D.
Any thoughts?
I have carefully checked my set ups . BY the way, I use Moxilla Firefox.
