Outlook Express and background music

I am trying to send an email that includes music in the
background. I used the help section and can send email
with a small sound bite but whenever I try to send with
music it says that it can not find file ( yet I chose
right from the browse menu). Any help would be appreciated
 
OE Tools>Options>Send>Mail Sending Format>HTML>Include pictures with reply
(check).
