Outlook Express Account Passwords

I am setting up accounts on Outlook Express, but it will
not remember the passwords, so they have to be typed in
each time outlook express is opened. What do i need to
do to get it to remember the passwords? I have gone into
the security and typed in the password and see that the
remember password box is checked, and i hit apply, but it
still does not remember them. Also, when the password
box comes up when outlook express is started, teh remeber
password box is checked, but it is dimmed so that i can't
check it or uncheck it. Please help!

in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
