outlook express 6

I can't get the spell check to work on my outlook express 6 for my e-mails.
the system is windows XP, I have word and exell programs installed.
the message I get is:"an error occured while speling was being checked"
I have tried Microsoft knowlege base article 22416 but it didn't make any difference, any ideas ?
 
Hi Jerry,

Start/search/files for csapi3t1.dll, copy it to these folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express
