Outlook Express 6

Normally, my account with Outlook (provided by 'Yahoo!'), on fsnet.co.uk, works just fine. Recently though I have been receiving the following error message whenever I try to download any new messages

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.freeserve.com', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0

What's happening? I have checked all my cables and they are all securely plugged in

Sounds like server problems. Contact you ISP.
