I have used Outlook Express for years on a Pentium 200 Windows 98. I
was able to successfully move it to Outlook Express 6 on our eMachine
Windows XP,using Outlook 2000, via a LAN.
However my Outlook 2000 groups are not quite right. All the
addresses show up under Contacts, both on the main Outlook 2000 page
and after clicking on the Address Book. My groups are not listed on
the main page. My groups are listed to the left in the Address Book,
but when I click on a group, no addresses for that group show up. I
can manually move addresses into the groups, but that would be a big
task at over 1500 addresses. Please help.
Recently I exported my XP Outlook Express 6 addresses to a .WAB.
Then I tried to import them using Outlook. There does not seem to be
a choice for importing a .WAB file, and the only other option given is
Outlook Express 4.x, 5. Am I missing something?
Sincerely,
