Outlook Express 6 takes a long time to load

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of the problem and a fix
for it, whereby when you double click on Outlook Express
6 it takes about 45 seconds to 1 minute to open. This is
very unusual as it used to take me about 5 seconds flat.

I have done all the basic things imaginable, such as
defrag disk, install more RAM, remove junk from my HDD
etc.

I am running XP Pro with SP1 installed. My machine is
Pentium III, 866MHZ with 384MB RAM, 20GB HDD with 10GB
free disk space.
