Outlook express 6 "Setting up personalized settings"

Hello,
I am having an issue where by when I log onto the network at work I get this
message box saying "Setting up personalized settings for Outlook Express
6".What I am wondering how do I get rid of this from loading on every
profile. Any help would be greatley appreciated.
