outlook express 6 question....?

Arlene

running windows xp:
every time a photo or photo attachment is sent; we are
getting a 'server not responding error msg'.
The msg is being sent but not leaving the outbox, so, of
course each time we log on after that it re-sends it and
receives same error msg etc etc...... The poor
recipients are receiving same photo msg over and over,
even though it looks like the messages are not getting
thru! help....

confused! can anyone shed some light on this for us?
thanks

Tools>options>maintenance>store folder.
Note down the location.
Close OE.
Go to the location noted via Windows Explorer and delete Outbox.dbx
Re-open OE and a new, empty Outbox will be created.

Depending on your OS, you may have to enable "show hidden files and
folders" via Control Panel>folder options>view before you can do step 4
above.
