Outlook Express 6 Document Sharing/Transfering

Can you please tell me how to access, move or share
information between two users on the same computer.

For example I created a new user and I need to get access
to desktop information, Address book listings and Local
folders from the old user's ID to the new user's Outlook
Express 6.
