Why can´t I reach internet from my post in Outlook Express? Has that
something to do with service pack 2 for windows xp, ore!?

What, exactly, do you mean by "I reach internet from my post in
Outlook Express?" Obviously, you can reach Usenet, which is part of
the Internet.
