lost outlook express. unable to open. 1st error message:
o/e could not be started. application was unable to open
the message store. Your compluter may be out of memory or
your disk is full (ox8007000e). (computer less than a yr
old not out of memory and disk is not full.

2nd error window: Outlook express could not be started
because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook

Have attempted to reinstall Internet Explorer sp1 many
times but to no success. Tells me I already have the

would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Louise,

Try reinstalling Outlook Express.

Go to the Control Panel/Folder Options/View tab, set it to "Show hidden
files and folders" and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files
[recommended]".

Then, open Windows Explorer from Start/All Programs and go to the
C:\Windows\Inf folder. Locate the msoe50.inf file within it. Right-click it,
choose "install" to begin.

You may need to either insert your WinXP CD or know where your I386 folder
is located on the hard drive. You may also need to know where the
\ServicePackFiles folder is (usually under the Windows directory).
