Outlook Express 6.0 signatures issue

I am using outlook express 6.0 with mulitple email accounts and signatures,
I am having a problem with it not attaching the correct signature when I use
the create email button, the window opens to create a new email using the
default account and signature, when I change the account using the pull down
menu in the "from box", selecting another account, the signature remains the
signature for default account. The multiple signature feature works
correctly when I am replying to emails in the different accounts, it just
does not work correctly when creating a new email from "scratch". Any help?
 
Try using the OE, File menu, "Switch Identitys.." item before you open the
compose window.
