Outlook Express 2003 and Encrypted Attachments

I am having difficulty receiving messages with an encrypted attachment
through Outlook Express 2003. Has anyone else had this problem and how do
you correct it?

There is no such application as "Outlook Express 2003". Click Help>About.
Read what you're really using. If it says "Outlook Express", go ask in an
Outlook Express newsgroup like microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general. If
it says "Microsoft Office Outlook 2003", post back here with a detailed
decription of the problems you're having. Saying just "having difficulty"
isn't detailed enough. Describe the difficulty, including the exact text of
any errors displayed.
