Outlook Express 2000

I accidently had a deleting rampage of junk & accidently
deleted something which no does not enable me to run
Outlook Express, everytime i try it says "Outlook express
could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.
Can any1 help, would be extremely appreciated.

Re-install IE6 - Outlook Express is bundled with it.
