calendar grief

I run a series of on line events and have to send out invites to large groups of people, reminding them of an upcomming webinar. Is there anyway I can include an "add to calendar" link or button to an email with a pre-defined week reminder on it? thanks

Use vCalendar . Essentially ,you create a vcs file , which you then as a hyperlink to your email.
