OUTLOOK.EXE tapping my CPU...

OUTLOOK.EXE appears to be using up to 100% of my CPU in
spikes when I am doing nothing in Outlook?! I ma running
Outlook 2002. IS this normal??

This issue was addressed in MS OL updates, though I thought it applied to
OL2K only

How do I validate thatI have these updates? I am always
on top of windows updates, so I should have it... I also
run Franklin Covey Plan-Plus as an add-in for Outlook.
Could this affect my CPU usage?

For Office updates;
http://office.microsoft.com/ProductUpdates/default.aspx
Dont know about Plan-Plus, presumably this is a Comm addin
Tools/Options/Other/Advanced Options...... if so disable and test. If this
is shown to be the cause, check with them for updates
