Outlook 2000, SP1 connecting to a mailbox in an MS
Exchange 5.5 environment. When clicking the Address Book
icon on the Standard toolbar, then selecting Contacts in
the "Show Names From the:" field; Outlook closes after
generating the subject error message. If Contacts is
accessed via the Folder list, Outlook functions normally
and does not close. Outlook has been reinstalled and SP
re-applied. Have also re-created a profile for the user.
No change in behaviour. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
