Outlook.exe - Entry point not found

The following error messages are generated when I try to load Outlook 2000:

1.
Personal Folders:Outlook.exe - Entry point not found

Procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic library
MSDART.dll

2.
DDE Server Window:Outlook.exe - Entry point not found

Procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic library
MSDART.dll


I have now re-loaded the program several times but cannot solve this
problem. The program worked without problems until the operating system
refused to load yesterday. The operating system is Windows XP Home and it has
re-loaded successfully on top of the original version.

Any help would be appreciated.
