outlook Exchange unavailable

in the first run to outlook 2007 this error message appear to me .. "
Microsoft outlook Exchange server unavailable" ..
when I press ok or work offline or cancel the outlook is shutdown :(
what I can do with it to work?

If you're using Exchange, speak to the Exchange admins. If you're not using
Exchange, open Control Panel's Mail applet, locate the account settings, and
remove the Exchange account, adding in the type of account you want.
