Outlook Exchange Server

I changed the exchange server in outlook (Long story but I was fiddling trying to get my email to work properly) and now when I try to open Outlook it comes up with an error message tells me "unable to open the outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened". Then it shuts down. How can I change the exchange server back to what it was?

Post in an Outlook group - this has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows.
