Outlook/Exchange: Only last ten days' email showing?

Hi There.

I have an Exchange server with over 100 mailboxes on it. Everything
is fine except for one user (and only one, so far, anyway) whose mail
older than 10 days gets deleted automatically.

I have checked filters (there are none setup) and archiving was not
setup either, so it is not archiving. I also made sure that there
were not any weird views setup that would only show the last ten days
(I checked on the server directly using OWA, and only the last ten
days is there)

Apparently this started about three months ago, but they have only now
just decided to let me know. There have not been any major changes
server side; everything has been fairly static, except for updates, of
course.

Any ideas on what might be happening would be appreciated.

Nope, they have no such devices.
