outlook error

I am getting the following error in outlook: "There is a problem reading one
or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment." How can I resolve this? Any
help would be great.

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command line switch.

Well, if it were to happen to me, I'd start with a new mail profile, create
a new PST, make it my delivery location, then copy the contents of my old
PST to the new one, removing the old PST when I was finished. That should
regenerate everything from scratch.

This sounds like my issue as well but not sure how I do what you recommend.
Is there something that a layman can do or can you provide some specifics as
to how it is done.

CLick Start>Run. In the Open field, enter

outlook.exe /cleanreminders

Click OK. Note the space in the middle of the command.
