I'm upgrading from MS Office 2003 to 2010. The installation process informed me that in order to upgrade I would need to have Svc Pak 3 installed on my Win XP Professional installation. After the SP3 installtion I started getting the error Business Contact Manager There was a problem connecting to the database engine. To try gain, please click Retry. If problem persits, check Help. I went on to install Office 2010 thinking that would probably solve the problem but it did not. Retry comes up the the same error, the error comes back if I cancel and help is not much help. I seem to remember having this problem before on a previous upgrade but I don't recall the answer.
Any ideas?
