I'm a little confused. Are you saying that you're sending messages from
work to home and they aren't getting there or that you're checking the mail
server twice - once from work and then later from home (even if you didn't
open them at work).
I'm going to assume it's the latter. You probably have your ISP Mail Server
configured to delete messages once they've been sent. It doesn't matter if
you actually open them at work or not. They're on your work PC and purged
from the mail server database. If you want to prevent this and only delete
them on command (keeping in mind that mail builds up fast, so you could lose
mail if you exceed your server's inbox capacity limitations), go to Control
Panel > Mail > Advanced and input whatever you feel is appropriate at the
bottom under Delivery options. The first will keep mail on the server. The
second will tell the server how long to keep it.
