but in my case. there are 2 scenarios. I receive the emails by same
Outlook 2007
scenario 1 - send to ISP account (picture Show UP)
Person A (in the same domain with me) sends email to my external ISP email
account.
scenario 2 - send to same domain Exchange 2007 (picture NOT SHOW UP)
Person A (in the same domain with me) sends email to same domain Exchange
2007
Person A has record in my contact and global addresss list with same email
address.
Then i wonder picture show up function is only available out of global
addresss list
by the way, can i associate pictures with global address list cos my boss
always said he could not recognize new staff due to high labour turnover.

it will show. If you don't, it can't/
