Outlook email printing with no left margin

I have a user that is having her Outlook email print with essentially no left
hand margin. I've tried changing the margins by changing the Page Setup in
the Print window, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. I've also
run Detect and Repair with the "Discard my customized settings..." box
selected. The user is using Microsoft Word as their email editor and reader,
but I deselected those and it made no difference.

Any help would be appreciated.

Probably caused by ie6 which is equipped with a page setup facility
for printing webpages, unfortunately any changes made to the margins
in here also affect outlook express.
Open internet explorer, click file and page setup and increase the
size of the left margin to suit.
