I have tried loading (and even re-loading) Office on my
new computer and whenever I try to write a new email
message, Outlook tells me that it can't open the letter in
Word because it is busy or there is some other problem. I
have gone into tools/options to make sure that MS Word is
set as my default email editor, but that does not help.
How do I fix this problem (I would like Word to be my
email editor)?
