Outlook E-Mail

When I open my e-mail,I read and then close the mail.Then it disappears.I
have checked all the settings.I have reinstalled office several times and
Outlook .Nothing has helped.Been on the internet no solution.

Uninstall your antivirus. Reinstall it without enabling Outlook integration.
Your mail can also be simply filtered in a custom view.

What view are you using on the folder? Maybe you are hiding 'read' items.

Make sure you're using the "Messages" view and not "Unread Messages".
