Outlook does not show sent or recieved emails but server does

I can not send or recieve email in outlook but everything is set up correctly
in my e-mail accounts. When outlook does email test - it shows up on my
adelphia account page. but it does not show up as in my outlook.

Ok, if you need help solving the issue specify your configuration and just

I'm not quite sure what u mean by config but maybe this is it

E-mail Accounts is set up as follows.
E-Mail Address: (e-mail address removed)
Password: ensure that your correct password is entered; Incoming mail
server (POP3): mail.adelphia.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.adelphia.net
The "Remember password" box is checked. The "Log on using Secure Password
Authentication" box is not checked.

And test goes through successful to the adelphia mail box but never makes it
to outlook
