Outlook does not receive emails.

I just set up Outlook according to the settings that my service provider gave
me, and it sends emails fine, but doesn't receive any.

I've tested it and no emails get through. I can see them when I log into my
webmail account.

I've deleted the mail account and set it up again, but no luck. The "test
settings" button says everything's okay.

Ideas?

Which provider do you have?
And which settings do you have made in the account options?
