Outlook does not ask for overwrite mail files

I have outlook express 6, the problem is that whenever i
try to move mail files ie copy-paste to some other folder
& if the same mail already there in that folder, it does
not ask for overwrite mail file or not, previously it was
displaying suddenly it disappeared

pls help
