Is there a way I can send an email, using a distribution list, BUT have the
recipients only see their name and not the others? thanks.

Russ Valentine said:You don't understand what a mail merge is. A mail merge only puts one name
in the To: field.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
functions take a look here:

the
TO: line.
KJ said:Why don't you just BCC them? If you blind copy it will appear that each
individual is the only recipient. Piece o' cake.

You'll need to use a mail merge for that.
