Outlook Distribution Group To and CC

I want to be able to have a split distribution group which automatically
places contacts in the To and CC boxes. i.e.
Group A
To: Mr. A; Mr. B; Mr. C
CC: Mr. X; Mr. Y; Mr. Z

Make two DLs, one with Mr. A, Mr. B, and Mr. C and the other with Messrs X,
Y, and Z.

I placed my vote, as this is something I would really like to see also.
Yes, we can create two seperate distribution lists, but it would be nice to
have the ability to mark each person in the list as To:, CC: or BCC:
