Outlook deleteing mail from server when its not supposed to

I have Outlook 2002 on my desktop computer and my laptop. I check several accounts with it, (the same accounts from both computers), and have the desktop computer set so that mail is not deleted from the server except when deleted from the "deleted" folder. This allows me to get the same e-mails on my laptop. Here's the problem: for whatever reason, mail deleted from my inbox into the deleted folder, but NOT deleted from the deleted folder is being deleted from the server. As long as the mail doesn't go to the deleted folder, it stays on the server, and I can also get it delivered to my laptop. Outlook on my laptop is set so that everything stays on the server, and those settings work fine. My hosting company suggested that I deleted and then re-create the accounts, and I did that, but the problem still occurs. I have all the current updates on both computers, and both are running WinXP Home
Help

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file (preferably as an attachment) after this happens?

I'll do that and post the file. Is there any sensitive data in the file that I need to protect?

Could you attach the log to a reply to this post? As to sensitive
information, you might want to make sure that no email addresses are in the
log (Outlook 2003 does not expose them). What version of Outlook do you
have (I'm sure you answered this earlier, but since you're not including the
original text in your replies I don't see the answer).

I'm using Outlook 2002 (Office XP). There is no way to attach a file to a reply.

OK, could you just paste the logfile in your reply?
