outlook deleted my emails???

all i did was move a folder with emails in it from one email account to
another on outlook and the folder moved but not the emails in the
folder...does anyone know where they have gone????
pleae help me
 
Is your view of the contents of the folder filtered? Check View > Current
View. Messages is what should be checked.
 
no its not filtered...the folder is there but empty...so frustrating had so
many important emails

What exactly do you mean by "moving from one email account to another"?
 
In that case please describe exactly what you did, what steps you took. And
define what you mean: from one email account to another.
