My Mail Server indicates that i hv 24k msg (3 test mail).
However, when i do a checkmail at my workstation, there is
no incoming mail displayed and No Error msg at all.

After i deleted some 800 msg from my InBox which consist
of 16,000 msg, still the 3 test msg did not appear.
Another 2 NEW test msg are posted, and this time round,
the checkmail downloaded this 2 New msg, and conclude the
earlier 3 test msg are missing for good.

Is there a size restriction for InBox ? Or how does above
happened and how to avoid ?

FYI, besides the inBox which store 16,000 msg, i hv many
other sub-mailboxes & folders.

There's a limit to the number of items you can have in a folder, and
although I don't have it handy, I'd say 16000 sounds like....a lot. Delete,
move, archive, do something, but lower it to a more reasonable number.

PS: How on earth do you have 16000 messages in your inbox? Surely you don't
keep all your spam! <g>

....another thought (not mine); have you enabled large table support in your
PST file?
