Hello,
About four (4) years ago I had a custom Outlook Teplate Form made for me
to use in my buisness. It is basically a contact folder that is a customer
database and uses a custom project tracking form. The form has worked fine
for years. Recently I upgraded to Outlook 2003 and the form has still worked
fine. Today I ran all the updates for Office and now the form will not load.
I get an error that says the form is not accessable and to contact the
administrator (me). What happened. I need to get htis back and running
soon. HELP ME!!

Thanks,
Steven

Tell us what steps you use to load the form.

The form was published to the folder originaly. Nothing has been done since
that time. It just stopped working all on its own today. I have tried to
re-publish the form but I cannot even open it in the form designer. The from
still shows up as being the form for the folder but will not open. Do I need
to update the form to a newer format for Outlook 2003 or maybe it is some
type of security issue?

Thanks,
Steven

I had a similar problem when modifying a Contacts form today in Outlook XP
(2002). I increased the "Maximum space on hard disk" field and it seemed to
solve my problem. You might give this a try, although I don't know the
location of that setting for Outlook 2003. For 2002 (XP) it is "Tools"
(menu).. "Options" (selection).. "Other" (tab).. "Advanced Options"
(button).. "Custom Forms".. button ... "Temporary storage for forms - Maximum
space on hard disk." My default was 2048 KB and I increased it to 12048 KB.

What happens when you try to open it in the forms designer using Tools | Forms | Design a Form?

Bob, thanks for sharing that solution! Were you getting a particular warning message before you fixed it?
