Outlook crashing

When I open Outlook, I am only able to look at one or two
messages before it goes to "not-responding". I have
sufficient memory, have done disk cleanup, defrag, checked
adware, spybot and tune-up utilities. When I close out I
get the message PNRP window not responding (what does that
mean). On start-up I get "personal files not closed
properly". Really need help as I am a very high user.

" Really need help as I am a very high user"

I am sure that is a typo! LOL

At any rate, please post your version of Outlook and when this behavior
began (i.e., what program/patch you installed/uninstalled) just before you
had this problem. What happens if you turn off the "un" tuneup utilities?
They are most often the cause of the problem rather than the cure.
