Outlook Crashes when moving contacts

When one of our employees trys to moves her contacts into a sub
directory of the main contacts folder Outlook 2003 crashes. Any ideas
why this happens or should I just scrap it and reinstall Outlook?
 
Reinstalling Outlook won't help anything. Information store and the steps
that produced this behavior would be helpful. If you want to just take a
shot in the dark, create a new Outlook profile.
