What is causing the following error in my event log while searching for
contact in BCM?
ID: 6, Application Name: Microsoft Office Outlook, Application Version:
12.0.6023.5000, Microsoft Office Version: 12.0.4518.1014. This session lasted
1879 seconds with 1260 seconds of active time. This session ended with a
crash.

No one ever responder with a solution. We have several issues with BCM and
no one has ever replied with any help.

Outlook and BCM can crash for a multitude of reasons. There's no magic
wand people on this newsgroup can use to make your crashes go away.
With the information from the event log, you can contact Microsoft
support and they can search their databases for information on your
particular crash.

If you have more specific questions, like how-do-I..., then perhaps
folks here can help you.
 
Ditto here - Crashes when I :

1) Move a contact to the BCM contact file
2) Click on the BCM Contact list

Another 3-4 scenarios where it simply says it's encountred an error or needs
to restart. Right now, there.s a firm that says they'll fix it for $150.00
per hour....hmmmmaybe i should invest in a competing product...Please help
