I have a user with Outlook 2007 that has a PST with 12 GB.
This PST is corrupt once every 15 days. Also i repair the pst file with
scanpst and it back to normal, but a week or two later the problem is back!

To solve the problem the scanpst takes 4:40h!

I have noticed that the PST of Outlook 2007 can work to a maximum of 20GB.

This user have a Local PST With Windows XP SP3, Office 2007 Enterprise and
Kaspersky Internet security.

At the log I can find hundred of informations like:
"??BBT entry (27ACC) has different refcount in RBT (6 vs 4)

It can go higher with registry changes. See this:

Do you have any add-ins enabled in Outlook? Do you have any hand-held devices
synching with Outlook? Do you have any desktop search programs? Does your
antivirus program scan the PST? Monitor the PC closely and try to track what
processes are running on the PC close to the time the errors occur and note
what the person is doing. That person may have to be a little disciplined to
pay attention to what they're doing or what's going on.

In addition to what Brian asked is the PST located on his local hard drive
or on a network share? After letting SCANPST repair the file have you tried
immediately re-running SCANPST to make sure it doesn't find more errors?
See if this helps: http://www.officeforlawyers.com/outlook/tsol.htm#scanpst
