Outlook contract problem

You'll need to accept it as an administrator.
For Windows 2000 and Windows XP logon as the administrator, start Outlook
(or Word if you don't have Outlook configured under the administrator
account), logoff the administrator and then logon as yourself again.

If you're on Windows Vista, right click the Outlook icon and choose Run as
Administrator, accept the EULA and then restart Outlook again.
