Outlook Contats added via Modem Caller ID

I am hoping that there is a product that does this, ot maybe there's a
developer who would like to build one.

I need a program that will monitor the Caller ID I have hooked up to my
PC and allow me to add the calls I get during the day to my Outlook
contacts.

Any ideas or suggestions?
