how can i send the same message to all my contacts with only one name
appearing in the to field ???

Place the recipient names in the Bcc: section. Then each will think they're
the only recipient and see no other names.

Not really...none of the BCC addresses will appear in the To field unless
the sender puts them there. The To field will either contain other
addresses of the sender's choice, or the sender's own address, or nothing at
all (if the ISP allows messages with nothing in the To field to go through).
You'd have to do a mail merge to get individual messages sent to everyone on
a list.

OOPS! What I meant was to put one name in the TO box and all the others in
the BCC box. Then everyone who got the message would see the same name.
