V Vince Averello Oct 11, 2009 #2 Can you use a list view of the Contacts folder sorted by last name then highlight and delete the 'empty' ones?

B Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook] Oct 12, 2009 #4 I could but i don't want to highlight over 30,000 of them Click to expand... What's so hard about it? Click the first one, scroll down to the last one, then Shift+Click. That will select everything between the first and last. Press Delete. Empty Deleted Items. All done.
